Sophie grew up in rural England and started her real estate agency career in 1993, focusing on country house sales in Herefordshire. She gained her Code of Practice in Estate Agency (CPEA) and became an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) during this time. She moved on to London in 1994 as a Senior Sales Associate where she focused on residential sales in key areas such as South Kensington, Notting Hill, St. Johns Wood, and Hampstead for renowned companies such as Foxtons, Chestertons, and The Estate Office. Wanting a change of pace, she relocated to the Cayman Islands to work with IRG Ltd, a member of the Knight Frank and Luxury Portfolio networks in 2001. At IRG Ltd, she specialised in the sale, acquisition, and marketing strategies of some of Cayman's most exclusive residential homes and prime property developments, as well as personal and corporate relocation for high-net-worth investors. Sophie went on to become a successful Cayman estate agent. Her proven track record of achieving the best possible price for her clients in the Cayman Property market and an exceptional level of insight and advice for those wishing to buy and invest in Cayman allowed her to advance to Associate Broker in 2010. With over 25 years as a dedicated property professional, Sophie became a sought-after luxury real estate broker and was proud to have been voted on the 2013 CIREBA board of directors. She continues to increase her portfolio and knowledge base for her new venture Milestone Properties Cayman Ltd.
